I wouldn’t give her a passing glance if I saw her on the street. Goop products must not be very effective.

Don’t you think her attorneys advised her not to look like a rich, glamorous celebrity?

Yes. And those lawyers, the pr and the private jet travel likely exceed the $300k this injured old man wanted. Which means this is all a pr stunt because she's so thirsty for attention?

The injured old man should just hang up his skis and not do things that are unsafe for people his age and in his condition. It was just his luck her ran into GP, right?

I assure you if you're ever injured in an accident and you can no longer pursue your hobbies and your quality of life declines, you'd sue too. It's not fun and victims would eagerly give up the six-figures to have their full health back. Quit mocking the old man and have a little empathy.

But perhaps he caused the accident. He has to prove she did. Why are you so sure he even has a case and will win?

Makes zero sense to me

I can picture a woman screaming as she realizes she's going to ski into someone.

I'm going against popular opinion but I believe the guy. If she ended up on top of him, that really can only happen if she was uphill from him.

The instructor and guides who were with Paltrow's family came upon the accident after it had happened and they were hired by GP so not only did they not see what happened but they are influenced to be on the side of the person paying them.

I have been hit by a skier on a green, and it's really freaking painful. I'm a really good skier but when you are hit from behind you are helpless. And the person that is hit is usually the person that is more hurt than the person at fault -- GP was fine and the plaintiff is the one that had a serious concussion.

He is saying he was hit on the side, hence the broken ribs. Two people could have collided sideway and both be at fault by skiing into each other.

Her attorney yelled at the cameras in court for fixating on Gwynnie’s face. She must be getting nervous that there’s no filter!

+1. Not just paid by her, obviously he knows she's Hollywood royalty, so she can refer other rich celebs to him, or he could jeopardize his prospects with rich clients. His testimony means nothing to me.

The analysts discussing it during the lunch break said that her attorney is hurting her case with his antics re: the cameras and asking the plaintiff's attorney to keep the interruptions to a minimum re: objections, ha.

Gwyneth 3 years younger than me but looks 10 years older than me. Her skin is atrocious. Her Goop ain't it, ladies.

Goop is not on trial. Why are people obsessively bringing it up? Let it go, this is about the court case.

She suns, smokes, drinks, and eats little. Any one of which is terrible for your skin.

So she needs to channel Jeffrey Dahmer?
