| I see one of the Optimum Construction lawsuits was suppose to go to trial today. Now says Suggestion of Bankruptcy. Seems this case drove the bankruptcy timeline. Makes you wonder what Omar was worried about? |

You can use this link: https://ecf.mdb.uscourts.gov/cgi-bin/iquery.pl However you will need to create an account and there are charges for accessing the documents - although, not a lot. Not everything is there but should be coming as the trustee is reviewing things and they are issuing deficiency notices. If you do access, do not start listing all of the problems here as that just give them the ability to correct things. False filings are bankruptcy fraud. It is best for all of the issues, and there are issues, to come out to the trustee as they have the ability to take action. |

| Everyone is impacted by the Omar Elrahimy and the Optimum Construction bankruptcy. It is not limited to the homeowners that paid and did not get what they wanted or the contractors that did work and did not get paid. We all get to pay for his two rounds of PPP funds of $124,850 and a $500,000 SBA Disaster Loan. We should all feel good about this $624,850 in funding (from us) as we can see how it helped Optimum be a be a stronger company and Omar be a leader in the business community. Nothing to see here. |

| If you were lucky enough to be an Optimum Construction client that actually had some work done, please review the list of subcontractors in the bankruptcy filing to see if any did work for your project. There is a lengthy list of subcontractors and material suppliers that did not get paid. It would be helpful to them if the homeowner reported that Optimum was paid by you and Optimum did not pay them. It would appear that in addition to accepting payment and not completing work, Optimum was not paying subcontractors. |

| The trustee assigned to the Optimum Construction Inc bankruptcy is different than the trustee assigned to Omar Elrahimy's bankruptcy. However the bankruptcy judge is the same - which I assume is good. Does anyone know if the two trustees will work together or share information? Omar listed nearly all of the creditors from Optimum's bankruptcy on his personal bankruptcy and assume this is in the event creditors go after him personally for the failed business. |

| Optimum Construction Inc filed Amended Statement of Financial Affairs and Amended schedules today. Adding and correcting the filing. Added some clarity to make it easier to see exactly how many home owners have been impacted. New classification of "incomplete contract" as the basis for creditors being listed. I read this as: people Omar took payments from but did not complete (or even start) the project. Could be wrong, but that is what I would think? Only 37 of them and that does not include the ones that were had or were already fighting in court. Nothing to see here. |

| Optimum Group Inc appears to have been removed from the Gaithersburg-Germantown Chamber of Commerce member director. Optimum Group Inc. was previously listed as a Venture Capital firm LOL. However Optimum Group is still listed as a 2023 Corporate Sponsor https://www.ggchamber.org/about-ggcc/corporate-sponsors/ I wonder how large a Venture Capital fund they have to make investments. Guess they may have taken a big hit on the bankruptcy of their subdivisions Optimum Construction and Optimum Interiors. |

| Updates are out for Omar Elrahimy's personal bankruptcy. I have one suggestion, DOJ should really look at using the Optimum Construction and Omar Elrahimy bankruptcies for case studies when training new trustees. FBI may also want to look as a case study for investigations. Nothing to see here. |
