Wow. You have an alert set? |
| I’m in my 30s and my siblings/parents are on Find My Friends. I rarely check but don’t find it stifling. In the rare case I go somewhere I don’t want to discuss, I hide my location. |
Yep we sure do! |
I’m with you. Can’t believe I had to get kid to log into their account so I could pay a huge tuition bill. My kid turned off the Find Friends app, and I’ve been wondering if I ask them to turn it back on. |
| LOLing at “good grief no to life360” from people who use Find my Friends. |
There is something gross about all of this. We’ve never used any of these products. I didn’t grow up with this crap and won’t force it on my family. You think it helps keep your kids safe but it doesn’t. |
My kids are adults now and no one in our household has ever lost a phone. |
But it doesn’t. |
You didn’t help your case at all. Stop tracking your kids. This is sick and does not help keep your kids safe. Sick. |
|
We have Find My Friends and use that from time to time for ALL of us. And we view it as a safety feature.
You don't have to like it, approve, or whatever. It's a different choice that you may make. Mind your business. |
What a lame excuse for using a tracker. My kids would just send me a text as they got close. This constant need for attention is horrible and is one of the worst things about cell phones. I’d bet you’re the types who get upset when you don’t get an immediate response from texts you send. |
I get it. You’re choosing to pay $80k for college means you control your kids life as long as you want, they owe you big, and f it all you deserve to know where they are at all times. Yeah, you’re healthy. |
Yep it’s so helpful that it encourages your kid to call or text while you are driving. /s |
Pot meet kettle. |
This is when we started using it. |
