All the American cooking competitions are terrible.

If you don't care enough about good food and need to make it into a use-shoe-polish-to-make-something-edible-in-two-minutes competitive sport to 'add interest', then why are you watching a cooking show in the first place?

Also, I don't want to hear the sob story about your grandma.

Building elaborate shapes about unedible fondant and plywood is not baking.

And finally, use different words to describe various emotions, rather than just shout louder.

I love Hamilton and he was by far the weakest performer of the original cast. He had strong theater kid energy, which is super annoying. And all of his songs are starting to sound the same. Encanto is like a bargain bin version of the Hamilton score.

I just saw Hamilton for the first time (the 2016 cast). It was OK, but the music was underwhelming. I remember some of the people and thought they had presence (particularly the actors who played Jefferson, Eliza and Burr), but I don't remember any of the songs, except for the King George one.

He’s the weakest singer by far so that’s probably why, but I wouldn’t say LMM was a weak performer in Hamilton. He had great stage presence.

I enjoyed the books but I agree with this. I also don't get why anyone would send their kids to Hogwarts. The teachers are abusive. The kids are bullied (to the point of significant injury and almost death) and no one does anything about it.

We might need a spinoff thread, but you're right. Slytherin is basically institutionalized bullying.
