The Springfield space is too valuable to have the spirit practice there unless they are selling the opportunity to train with the spirit.
You act like the field space would be free to the Spirit. That’s not the case. Spirit would rent it, just as they do their current practice fields. I’d be willing to wager their current field space rents at an higher rate than the rates for Springfield.
There is no way they are paying more than the St James rent and the don't make the revenue to support renting it.
Right. Youth teams can afford to rent Springfield space, but it is too expensive for a pro team to rent.
You don’t understand how to run a profitable business.
The youth teams can afford it because the parents pay the bill. Understand?
When TSJ bought FCV they bought the paying customer, the parents. The parents equal paying customers. Paying customers equals profit
Spirit will get to practice at TSJ at no cost. The own them. But, programs will be put into place in her state revenue via parents.
This is not hard.
