- Tea brewed from bags made of plastic
- Sweet, pasty, bread-like product that turns into glue when it gets wet
- Sugar substitutes in general

Agree with pp, no fake sugar

Also, no lima beans - it is a texture thing. No oysters, clams or calamari (but love scallops and shrimp)

No sweet meats or liver.

There are certainly things I don't prefer and I don't choose to cook myself. But if I'm in a nice restaurant? There's almost nothing I wouldn't at least try.

Tongue and other organs are a tough sell. But again, I'd try it most likely.

Anything else id be willing to try or can tolerate. But I hate, hate, hate blue cheese.

Bean sprouts-common source of foodborne illnesses

Tofu and most soy products - migraine triggers. It is hard to eliminate all soy but I do my best.

Otherwise it is really spicy foods. I have been able to tolerate more heat as I age, but I think I have made it to moderate.

No one would ever argue rotted meat is a good you should eat though. So that one makes no sense.
