Wonderful nanny available in June

We hired a nanny for 6 months while we were in between au pairs / maternity leaves etc. We are moving back to an au pair because it works best for us, but that means our nanny will be available as of June if anyone is looking for summer care or long-term care. She lives in Virginia I think near Tysons but we are in Potomac and she likes working in this area. I imagine she will be open to anything between Tysons and the Bethesda / Potomac area.

She is Ethiopian, has a green card so is legal to work here and on our payroll, and has over 20 years of experience as a long-term nanny for two families (before coming to us). She has excellent letters of reference that I verified and was with her first family like 14 years. Her main responsibilities with me have been helping care for our newborn (who is now 5 months) as well as my two older children (3 and 5) in the afternoons after school. She is very responsible, an excellent driver, and is always on time or early. She is looking for ~40 hours per week and is able to stay later but can't start until ~9:30 or so depending on where you live since she has to drop her son at school. If she is so wonderful why do you need to advertise for her. I do not believe that anyone who lives in Tysons wants to travel around beltway to Potomac, particularly with present gas prices..

Other than our au pair, I have always found child care through similar referrals like this and I know that I value people posting when good help is available. Her commute is also only 15 minutes without traffic and she has been working in this area for a long time so is comfortable here and knows a lot of local places to take kids.
