Her main responsibilities with me have been helping care for our newborn (who is now 5 months) as well as my two older children (3 and 5) in the afternoons after school.  She is very responsible, an excellent driver, and is always on time or early.  She is looking for ~40 hours per week and is able to stay later but can't start until ~9:30 or so depending on where you live since she has to drop her son at school.
