Anything with glass is facing supply chain issues right now.

I hate buying from TW Perry. They have a local monopoly on certain lines, and they act like a monopolist. Which means when it comes to customer service they're slightly worse than a phone company and slightly better than an airline.

Tw Perry sucks since they sold out to a much larger national company. Zero customer service

They sucked before hand too.

They have always been nasty to homeowners and only decent to contractors. I only go there for trim as its cheaper.

The last time I was there I ran into a friend who's a contractor. Said, hi. Then got into line. They told me I was in the wrong line when I got to the front and sent me upstairs. Waited there for a while, they told me to go back downstairs. Waited again, and they conceded I might have been in the right line the first time.

As I left with my stuff I noticed that my contractor friend was still cooling his heels too. So contractors get it too. At least small ones.

My 4 interior doors took 8 weeks to arrive.

Same scenario with our front door through TWPerry, in 2015! Seems they told our contractor multiple times that it was ordered, but it wasn’t. Then there were more delays after the order was actually placed.
