Squatters are taking over the oligarchs' mansions in London

I hope they’re put to good use and not let to ruin.

There was living space for 13 families in this one house!

That banner should also have the names of the PMs who let Londonstan come into being, where it became ok to attempt assassinations with a biological weapon in Salisbury, where Abramovich became not just important but freaking admired, and where those afoul of the Russian mob violating physics laws through their suicides were blamed for their own deaths.

So I love this but I hate it too because we’ve BEEN known about these practices for 25 years, and have let people wash their fortunes through our banking while impoverishing our own people’s. It’s crazy.

London police sent a massive contingent of riot police to evict the squatters from Deripaska's mansion. Yet if a regular London citizen's house were broken into they'd probably have to wait days just to get a single police officer, who'd probably just take their statement, have them fill out a questionnaire, and leave.

This is a home invasion. No police force just fills out paperwork for a home invasion.

Was anyone even there? Squatters rights became a thing because people would hoard property they wouldn’t use. Kind of like what’s going on here.

Random French Guy Seizes Lavish Villa of Putin’s Daughter

A protester broke into Katerina Tikhonova’s villa in Biarritz and a group in London took over a mansion linked to Oleg Deripaska. They want to open them up to Ukrainian refugees.

"On Sunday, British housing minister Michael Gove said he supported the idea that Russian property seized as part of sanctions be used to house refugees. I want to explore an option which would allow us to use the homes and properties of sanctioned individuals for as long as they are sanctioned for humanitarian and other purposes,” Gove told BBC Sunday. There is quite a high legal bar to cross and we’re not talking about permanent confiscation but we are saying, ‘you’re sanctioned, you’re supporting Putin, this home is here, you have no right to use or profit from it’ and... if we can use it in order to help others let’s do that.

Yeah -- PP you are pretty far off base. The police would do the same at your house but they would need less of them becasue 100 people would not be in your house.
