| too big? too small? something else? Most of my leggings start to come down off my waist when I run, some even when I walk. Having to pull them up every 30 seconds is annoying, annoying, annoying. |
| Fall down? Like off your butt? Or you just need to adjust them back in place? |
|
Are you talking that they’re falling down to your knees, or just that they slip down an inch or two?

You’re probably pear shaped. Signed, also a pear shape.
The trick is you need a tie waist in your leggings. |
| Get high waisted leggings and size down. |
| Maybe cheap fabric that gets stretched out? |
It also happens to us apple shapes. OP, try wearing fuller coverage cotton underwear under your leggings. It gives the leggings something to grip. I can’t wear my silky underwear or thongs underneath leggings. |
I’m willing to bet this. I am pear shaped and have never had an issue with my leggings falling down. If you are a pear like me, it’s better to get high waisted, not low waisted. I only wear lululemon, athleta, or Zella. I actually find Zella more comfortable than the other two. |
I have a pair of Zella that slip down and a pair that don’t. The pair that does are a silkier thinner material. |
| I am pear shaped and it happens when my leggings are too small. The sheer mass of my hips and behind pull them down. |
| It’s the Apple shape. Your waist is larger (or equal to) your hips and butt and the leggings and skinny jeans slide down. I’ve tried many tactics but mostly just try to get grippy fabric. |
| Leggings' time is overdue. They need to die. None of you...not one single person looks good in them. |
| Very thin apple here. I don’t have enough hips/butt to hold them up, even really expensive brands that I otherwise love. You need a drawstring waist. Athleta and some Gap running pants have this. |
No, they’re comfortable and functional. |
| You bought them too big? |
