Thoughts on this House in North Bethesda?

That's a lot of house, a lot carpet and a lot to be done to update. I think it's going sit for a long time but who knows in this crazy market.

My thought is that no one should pay $5 million for a house in Rockville.

Seems so nice and peaceful, until you realize that is actually directly on Tuckerman Ln.

The maintenance costs for that thing have be enormous, but the lot is incredible. Would be great if you wanted your extended family to live with you in a compound type setup.

It is a beautiful section of Rockville! Huge lot, love the pool. I love it except the kitchen.

if I had 4.5 million- it would work.

I don't need or want a house that big - and my taste normally leans much, much more traditional - but I kind of love it.

This. It's a gorgeous house, but the location sucks.

Yeah, that’s a really bland and underwhelming kitchen, isn’t it? Surprising given the rest.

That’s a lot of money for Rockville only have a bunch of neighborhoods who try so hard to call it “N” Bethesda. Technically Fredrick is North Bethesda too
