I want to get a phone app to keep track of all of them. Amy recommendation for android phone?
Our nanny does it for us. There's a list with each kid's name and what they do on which day, in calendar order. Then there's another list with each day and where each kid goes at what time on that day, in calendar order. She sends a pic of that to DH and me.
We use the cozi app.
I just use my Outlook calendar.
Similarly, I use Google Calendar. I have it displayed on my phone screen; that helps too. |

Google calendar. I have my own calendar and then a family calendar that I share with husband, and now kids (they are newly tweens.)
The google cal is helpful because a lot of activities like sports will have their own google calendar integrations - so I can just pull in soccer or ballet. |
Google calendar color coded by kid + alerts
I use a dry erase board on my refrigerator and each family member’s activities are written in a different color dry erase marker. My kids use it to look at their own activities more than I was expecting.

I've tried all of those things but keep going back to paper planner. I love stationary. It makes me happy to pick out a nice planner every year. Currently I use a Moleskine 18 months, with Snoopy using an old-fashioned typewriter and the caption "It was a dark and stormy night". Then you open it, and the inside has Snoopy throwing out his writing and thinking "So what else is new?" So apposite to our times...

We have a shared calendar on Google calendar.
5 kids. Google calendar. My calendar looks insane!
4 kids- Google Calendar plus a 2 week white board in the kitchen
If it's really hard, they have too many activities. Family time is more important btw.
I use my iPhone calendar & set alerts.
