| Is it going to be tomorrow? |
| Need my satire meter calibrated |
| Did anybody really apply here?!? Ain’t no way! |
If you have a pulse and a checkbook, you're in. Hooray! |
| Pulse optional |
| Are they still actually saying they'll be around next year? |
|
Apply now! Discounted tuition available!
*but must make supplemental monthly payments towards meeting teacher payroll. |
Did they tell you they didn't have funds to make both payrolls last December or in February on time? |
Isn't CW's theme song "Tomorrow" from "Annie"? "You're always a daaaaaaaaaaay . . . aaaaaaaa . . . wayyyyyyyy!" |
Brilliant 😂 |
| The more you can pay up front, the better deal you will get on tuition. |
Assuming this isn't the greatest wind up of all time, you have seriously failed in your due diligence or maybe just don't care. https://www.dcurbanmom.com/jforum/posts/list/947892.page |
Are you suggesting that no one should apply? |
Not the pp, but yes, no one should apply. Why would you want to commit to a school that might not exist next year? |
Absolutely not. You / they absolutely should. Provided that you: 1. Enjoy receiving monthly emails about whether the school has funding to pay teacher salaries and asking for gifts to be paid directly to them 2. Are ok with the idea that the building the school is currently housed is was foreclosed on and may or may not have been sold prior to the foreclosure auction in the last few weeks 3. See nothing fishy with a school offering a 30% blanket discount on tuition for 22-23 while others are raising prices in an inflationary environment 4. Can look past the $35 million in judgments and multiple other lawsuits pending against the school 5. Truly abhor public education There's a bunch more I'm missing but it seems like you may be far enough on the risk frontier to find the above attractive |
