| Does anyone know when we can expect decisions? When is the central committee meeting? |
| The official schedule indicated end of March, but it's typically the Friday right before spring break. |
| They are going to send them right before spring break so they have a week for parents to cool down after their kid doesn’t get admitted. |
|
Website says April 4-5, which is the start of spring break week.

That's typically how they have done it. Starts trickling in that Friday, IIRC. |
| Friday, April 1 is a teachers workday/ student holiday. My guess is also that Friday, right before the spring break. The big day is a month away now. |
| Will we get an email ? Or will they sent out a mail on Friday? |
There is an official paper letter, and more info if found eligible (I think it was just a form). Maybe there are some schools that also send an email but ours does not. |
We got an email from school a few days before the official email, which FCPS sent on Friday. I don't remember if we got the official letter. |
We received an email from the county, then a follow-up from the school. This was two years ago. I think they discontinued printed letters around then. |
I am the PP who said letter - it sounds like I stand corrected! I did not know this switched to email, thank you. |
| Are packets available to view now? |
Ask your AART. There seems to be a lot of variance over what parents are shown. My school just provided GBRS. |

We received an email in 2020 and then a letter. Not sure what they did last year. For all I know, some schools do both and some only do a letter. FCPS doesn't seem to have a uniform policy.
We actually received 3 emails in 2020, they screwed up the format. the first one did not include a student name, the second had the wrong student number, the third was correct. Go figure |
