Tuna noodle casserole (I know they one is polarizing, but I love it) Serve with Swedish meatballs or any meat dish with a lot of sauce (like chicken paprikash) Chicken noodle soup - I think egg noodles hold up better than regular noodles |

Man, you took my top 3: beef stroganoff, tuna noodle casserole and chicken noodle soup. I also have made killer mac & cheese with egg noodles or what about chicken cacciatore? |
| Mark bittman did a savory pumpkin noodle kugel in the NYTimes for a vegetarian thanksgiving. I thought it was great but my family hated it so have never made it again. But they are not casserole fans—you have to like that mushy warm casserole mouthfeel. |
