Uber ratings - you can see how you were rated for last 500 trips

14 people gave me one star! ONE! I can't even imagine why. I say hello, I say goodbye and thank you, I never eat or drink in the car, I wear my seatbelt and never slam the door. I don't break or stain anything, don't play loud music, am always waiting outside for the car. WHYYYYY?!

I just checked mine, I have one 1 star rating and I only gave 50 trips. All the rest except for two are 5 star. No clue why I got lower ones.

Every trip I take is under $20 and I always tip $5. I'm honestly stumped.

Some of the drivers will downrate you no matter what if you don't tip. I refuse to be browbeaten into tipping.

As for the rating - thanks OP, I had to update my app to see it but its cool to see the breakdown.

So, unless this has changed, it’s not that easy for drivers to connect who tipped and who didn’t when they rate you. The tips don’t come in immediately.

Interesting! I have 164 5 star, 11 4 star, 3 3 star, and 1 1 star. I like to think I’m a good passenger but you never know - the most innocuous of things like not being able to find the driver immediately at a busy airport despite your best intentions can get you knocked down. It’s not personal.

I tried it but couldn't get to the detail. But my average is 4.9 so there can't be too many low ratings.

I just had 2 uber rides this week while on work travel. The first driver didn't wear a mask, even though that's company policy. I had mine on the whole time. The second one was on a work conference call the whole trip (25 minutes).

I have more than 400 5 star reviews but 12 1 star reviews. I’m sure I’ve had at least 12 times when the driver never showed up and couldn’t find me and canceled. Giving me 1 star in that circumstance isn’t really fair but I can see why a frustrated driver would do it.

I have 250+ 5 stars and 2 1 stars. One of the one stars has to have been from this awful driver where she was swerving so much on tiny mountain roads I had to have her pull over so I could get out of the car and vomit. The other, I have no idea.

Update the app and you’ll see it
