I loved these audiobooks. What's next?

I am an avid audible reader. I love well written books that make me pause (literally) and rewind so I can listen again.

I recently listened to:
To Kill a Mockingbird (read by sissi spacek)
Rules of Civility

Both knocked my socks off!

I also really loved
Daisy Jones and the Six
Dutch House

I enjoy popular fiction.

I'm also interested in listening to some classics. I am embarrassed to say I haven't read many!

I haven't read Daisy Jones and the Six yet, but I read The 7 Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by the same author and it was a great read!! I can't recommend it enough

Have you listened to My Sister, the Serial Killer? I thought it was great,

You've probably already read or listened to Circe - but if not, go download it now!

The house on the cerulean sea
Project Hail Mary
Dark matter
Between Two Kingdoms
Anxious People

I think all of these were better in audio than written form.

Mary Jane (a novel)
Inheritance of Loss
The Nest

Classics:
Grapes of Wrath
The Bluest Eye

The Push
Crying in H Mart

The Dutch House

I listen to a LOT of audio books…

Since you enjoyed Rules of Civility, I’d choose The Lincoln Highway.

The Reckoning by John Grisham was excellent on audio book. The voices the reader did for each character was impressive.

Apples Never Fall by Liane Moriarty was also very good as an audio book.

I also loved Amor Towles. Try The Rose Code and Kate Quinn next.

Boyfriend Material (Alexis Hall) is great as an audiobook. (Also excellent in print or e-book.). The narrator in the audiobook is really good.

I have enjoyed several of the books already mentioned. Miss Benson's Beetle was very good on audio. I also really enjoyed The Four Winds and The Giver of Stars.
