Best keto/low carb takeout or fast food options

This is hard to find on the run or for weekends. Any recommendations?

Lower the carbs the better.

fast food burgers with cheese, bacon, no ketchup or bun

Five guys is simplest, app offers easy no bun options.

Chipotle can be easy, but it’s not good value for money.

McDonald’s- after coupon, you can get two triple breakfast stackers for 5.49. Ditch the bread and you end up with 4 sausage patties, two eggs, and 4 or 5 little bacon slices.

Chick-fil-a: plain filets are easy to order, 1.74, and the app makes it easy to add lettuce and Mayo.

I’ve been doing this for years before doing keto bc I am Gluten free. You can go to most restaurants and ask for a sandwich with a lettuce wrap or without the the bread. Most places do that.
Here are some specific suggestions:
Habit Burger- burger with lettuce wrap
Chipotle- salad bowl or just get protein on the side
Go to a grocery store and grab hard boiled eggs, pre-packaged low carb fruit, and any other easy protein/vegetables that you like
Consider keeping tuna pouches and some Mayo packets ready for days like this

Chik fil a Cobb salad grilled- no corn with avocado lime
Diet lemonade is yum!

If I don’t pack a lunch, options are limited to local salads most days.

Starbucks has those sous vide egg things.

If you have the chipotle app they have pre-selected keto bowls. Qdoba probably does too.

Chick fil a salads are good and again if you get the app it’s easy to customize it to reduce carbs.

Zoe’s Kitchen has a dish that consists of pieces of grilled chicken with Greek seasoning over a bed of oil-based cole slaw with some feta.

Cava bowl with no rice and spicy lamb meatballs

I think their diet lemonade still has a fair number of calories. I'm not low carb, and I love their diet/unsweet suntea and that has calories, which I don't think come from the tea.

No, it might be worth it, but it's probably not keto.

I think you could put together something good at Cava. Their meats are delicious, maybe get a couple on a salad with some feta and veggies?

You’ve got to be kidding. How sad. If that is your only option, just eat a can of tuna

Nearly every fast casual place has some version or salad plus protein. Same goes for regular restaurants.

Or just eat healthy carbs. Hell, eat a can of beans. Good god, I can't believe people still do keto knowing the failure rate, or think the above suggestions are a good way to lose weight and get healthy.

Those Starbucks egg bites have 9-11 carbs per serving depending on flavor. Always check the nutrition info where fast food is involved. They shove carbs in the weirdest things.
