| Does the freezer kill the germs? Lets say I order frozen food, but the box is cardboard and can have the virus for 24 hrs, does putting it in the freezer kill the virus or can it spread to other things in my freezer? |
Just wipe the cardboard with rubbing alcohol and paper towel. Then put in the freezer. That's what we did with pizzas. |
I saw a news report that a person in South Korea was using rubbing alcohol to sanitize plastic food wrappers. She did not like the disposable wipes due to the cost. Alcohol is cheaper and effective. |

I don’t understand all these people on their last roll of toilet paper. Do they buy a 4 pack and buy every week?
I admit I did hoard water. I couldn’t get toilet paper but I already had 2 cases of TP. Should be enough for a month or two or three. |
The freezer doesn’t kill the virus. Dispose of outer packaging if you can. |

I’m buying up Ortiz anchovies.
Lots of em. |
Are you licking the boxes? |

A few stores in Canada (Alberta and BC that I've read, AB premier's tweets)
Are opening dedicated Golden Hours - shopping at special opening hours in reduced stress environments - for our seniors and other compromised people if they would like to get supplies. He's asking other businesses to start it as a trend |

I've been wiping everything down with sanitizer wipes. Obviously, that's limited some produce options.

LOL How silly we all were just three weeks ago |
Speak for yourself. Some of us already understood what was coming. |
Yep. I sure did. Some people really stick their heads in the sand. |
I have been soaking produce in a bowl of soapy water, then rubbing it clean while in the water and rinsing. Hopefully that's good enough. I have not been spraying or wiping paper packaging, though I'm wondering if I should. |
| In Iran people have been dousing their produce with alcohol, after that they bring it inside. |
If the CV won't kill you this will.
