I don't understand why this case still hasn't gone to trial.

Because the murderer killed himself?

What about Michelle Troconis' role?

At worst, she is an accessory after the fact. I assume they will get around to her and the attorney eventually, but I don’t actually think they played a part in the death, only the coverup.

People in NYC were/are desperate to get SFHs in good school zones close to the city mid-pandemic. The Dulos house would have been perfect and gone above asking.

LOL at a poster in April 2021 referring to some time in the past as “mid-pandemic.”

And no, it would not have. It’s a crime scene.

I don’t think they have good evidence to this effect or they would be charged accordingly. Even the after the fact evidence has reasonable doubt. Which is why they haven’t gone to trial.

Also, Jennifer was declared legally dead by a Connecticut judge this week at her mother’s request. It usually takes 7 years, but given Ms. Farber’s advanced age, she asked the court to make the ruling so there would be no complications with inheritance for Jennifer’s kids should she pass away before that time frame.

I'm glad this case has finally gone to trial. Those sweet children have been through so much loss and pain, and it's amazing that they still have Jennifer's mom and their same nanny of 11 years to take care of them.

Michelle Troconis, aka Fotis Dulos' flying monkey. What a piece of crap moron, that woman. I hope she gets what she richly deserves for her role in this.

I know one thing...if my husband and I were driving around, and he was putting 30 plastic bags in random trash cans on a city street, I'd be asking why!!

That takes my breath away. How horribly terribly sad, and at the same time brave and responsible and loving of this elderly woman. Wow.

The last and only thing she could do to salvage one shred of her humanity is admit what happened so that the children and grandmother could have some minimal sense of closure. What a freaking monster.
