| In your opinion, can women with eyes that appear small or medium-sized look more beautiful naturally, compared to when they wear makeup to make their eyes look larger? |
| No. |
| The eyes are the window to the soul. They're all beautiful. |
| sure |
| Yes, they can be mysterious and sometimes they work really well if other features are beautiful. |

For both sexes, small eyes or eyes that are too close together is rather unattractive. Large, wide-set eyes are more appealing. However, as others said, other features and ONE'S PERSONALITY make up for it. |
| smaller than what? |
| Of course. |

| Too much make up (to enhance the eyes, skin, contouring, anything) doesn't look great and actually ages you but subtle make up to enhance facial features look good on everyone. |
They don't always come in that combo. They can be small and wide-set, but also big and too close together. So big eyes that are close together are as bad as small eyes with normal width. |
| Jennifer Annistons are kind of close set. |

I think humans are predisposed to prefer people with larger eyes. It's something that seems to transcend cultural differences, as well. Eyes are the windows to the soul, and all that. I think people with larger eyes often appear more trustworthy or attractive simply because it's easier to "read" their faces.
But I don't always think makeup tricks to make someone's eyes appear larger always work. Some faces take eye makeup better than others, and it can look really heavy and over-the-top on some faces. It just depends on your coloring. |
| Kate Moss and Kim Basinger have small eyes, but they are wide set making them look really attractive. |
| The most important thing is how wide and deep set they are not their size. Ideally you want to be as close to a flounder as possible but makeup can’t change that. |
