Are you a pedophile? I ask because I cannot imagine a sane person with a code on ethics ever asking such a despicable question!

I hope you have no children and if you do then I hope there is someone in their life who protects them from you.

What is it you think I am asking here that merits this response?

I am trying to figure out why so much of the conversation has been dominated by the idea of him being an intelligence asset, as if that is somehow the *most* important thing.

Part of me wonders if this is a distraction from actual accountability for the people who participated or enabled this monstrous and maybe murderous network.

The point is not that anyone is saying this is a distraction from accountability.

The facts point to the U.S. government playing an active role facilitating Epstein and his activities over the decades. How do you think the public is supposed to take that? In decades past, upon realizing this fact, America would have been howling with outrage and demanding accountability. The power was with the people. America today is a very different country. The old values are gone, and the Patriot Act facilitated a government takeover of power.

And there is your answer. There will be no accountability in America because the power lies with the government, not with the people.

No, America would not have been howling in decades past. Remember the millions of people who looked the other way while priests and pastors raped children in the church? The majority of people don't care about women or children. Not them and not now.

Most disgusting are the women don't care about women and children. New Mexico had two female governors after Bill Richardson, one Republican and one Democrat (still in office). I don't buy that neither knew a single thing about the Epstein ranch and what was going on there all these years. The guy was deeply embedded in the state and knew all the important people who could pull strings and keep his name out of conversations.

What?!? NO!

Blaming women as the most disgusting here? What is wrong with you?

The most disgusting are the men who actually did the heinous crimes.

What's wrong with these women? No scruples, no judgement? Maxwell, Sarah Ferguson, that Goldman lawyer, Melania... all standing by pretending they don't see the teenage girls? They should all know better. They weren't poor victims of big bad men.

Are they are terrible, but I’m doing to go ahead and primarily blame the pedo rapists.

Dan Goldman went to the House floor today and read a report- that was initially hidden by the DOJ- telling the story of Trump unzipping his pants, and forcing a 13-year-old to perform oral sex.”

The men who raped these children and women and the women who participated actively or passively are equally disgusting. They should all be prosecuted.

And, it has been deemed "not credible" for years and years. Goldman should be ashamed. He knows this.

How do you know it's not credible? Every single victim and family has said that both the DOJ and FBI have refused to interview them. Others around, like the interior designer posted the other day, say they gave testimony but nothing happened.

Also, I find it crazy that you would say that one testimony isn't credible when there are hundreds, if not thousands of them. Collectively they add up, whether you choose to believe it or not.

Surely the most litigious sack of traitorous pus in the history of the world will sue for defamation, right?

He won’t, because he’s terrified of discovery.

Also it's not even clear Trump can sue, thanks to the Speech and Debate clause. There's a reason Goldman did this from the House floor (just like Nancy Mace last year).

Go read the files. It is in there. The allegations came in 2019 and supposedly happened decades before. The woman also made other accusations that were deemed not credible. Goldman picked out the most ridiculous accusation in there to read on the floor--where he knows he is safe from prosecution.

I don’t think that anything exists that states that it wasn’t credible, and the reluctance to release the rest of the files just adds to the perception of his guilt. You are free to remain in denial.

Of course it is credible. She was interviewed 4 times by the FBI but you just keep in excusing Trump sexually abusing children and women. You are no better than trump.

Trump can speak to it at his deposition on 2029.

After everything he’s done or said, to still believe and/or believe in Trump is insane.

I'm fine with it. Even if roles were reversed, and it was a Democratic President accused of such things and a Republican had read the allegations into the record... I would still be fine with it. History will be the judge. Our job is to shine the light.
