| My dog and I are Jewish so she got Chanukah presents: a squeaky dreidel toy, a new puzzle, and lots of treats. She’s spoiled so she also got Christmas treats and a ladybug toy today. I also got us matching pajamas for a holiday picture which I never got around to taking. |
| A box of doggie Christmas cookies, a squeaky toy, and a big bag of “chicken and waffle” treats that he loves the best. |
| Nothing. But the bowl has fois gras and Beef Wellington, which is all he cares about. |
| A bone and a few squeaky toys. |

2 German Shepherds

| A day on the couch cuddling and napping together. |
| My tiny dog got a new tiny squeaky toy from me and 2 huge toys which are almost as big as she is from my coworker. She hasn't played with anything yet, too busy snoozing off the holiday food spread. |
| A toy that has another toy hidden inside, salmon treats, three new fetch balls and a snuffle ball. Oh and a squeaky Santa. |
| A barkuterie board for our spoiled dog 😂 |

Those lick mats that you spread peanut butter on and the dogs lick it up.
But the real gift is they get to continue living with me after I had to spend 30 minutes listening to them lick and grunt as they licked up the peanut butter. So nasty. |
| Wrapping paper. The cat seemed pleased |

She got some toys, all of which she has ignored.
However, she loves all the cardboard boxes and we left 5 or 6 different sized ones out for her to enjoy. She has been in kitty heaven going in and out of them and is currently squished into the smallest one, eyeing us all solemnly. It was a good kitty Christmas. Also, my son (her brother) got her a log, which is leaned against the wall. She loves to scritch her way up it to stretch her paws. We’ve always given her this because she won’t use traditional scratching posts. |

She got away from me yesterday and found her own.
You'd be surprised how many people throw a half eaten turkey outside and it doesn't even end up in the trash. This has happened 3 years, all different addresses within a block of where I live. One year she found one by someone's garage that was still in its disposable foil roaster. She tried to get away with her turkey several times before I managed to approach her very, very slowly and was able to grab her and get rid of the turkey. |
Someone once said “You never realize how much chicken is just lying around on the street until you get a dog”. It’s so true. |
This is so fun! |
