| I was going through files and noticed my copy missing pages. I asked for her copy so I could see the missing pages and she is refusing. I guess in the absence of a full copy it doesn’t legally exist. |
| would the lawyer who drew it up have record of it? |
| Is she actually “refusing” as in telling you she has them but will not give them to you? Or did you ask and she said she will do it later, or she doesn’t know where it is, etc? I would not describe the latter as refusing. Can’t you contact the lawyer who drafted the document and obtain a copy from their records? |
+1 Your lawyer should have an executed version. You might need to pay them for an hour of work to dig it out if it's been awhile, but they should still have it. |
He’s dead. |
Did he have an associate, partner or sell the practice to someone? They would have it in their chron or files by name and date |
| I guess if it was that important to you, you should have kept better records yourself. |

This isn't medieval France - you can't just invalidate a legal document by burning one of the copies.
What's going on here? You have a post-nup, which I've only ever seen when one partner cheats. You have an incomplete version of the document. Did you tear out pages? Did your wife? Did they just get lost? |
This. Also you 2 seem to have some serious issues. |
| She must be cheating again |
His title is “so called”. He’s probably trying to remember how much each instance of infidelity costs him in the divorce. |
| It looks like when they ran the copies they did it one sided on a two sided document. |
Man, the cover-up going on here knows no bounds! |
So who got the original? |
