Where to get pint-size take away items like grilled veggies and simple meats?

I love the grilled eggplant and a number of the veggie sides from Mezeh and would like to be able to buy a pint of each at a time, but they don't sell their products that way. There are also a number of restaurants where I'd order the same in their meats but they don't sell it as a stand-alone pint, only as part of a dish with starches, I don't want to buy in bulk.

Any pointers on where I could buy stand-alone cooked meats and vegetable sides that are going to be good quality? I have tried meal services but they tend to package up a family meal, or individual plates, and that's not quite what I'm looking for. I don't want to reheat a meatloaf & potatoes platter. I want to make a batch of rice, some yogurt sauce, and then have a stash of meat & vegetables ready to go so I'm not making the meal entirely from scratch every night. I would be open to a local home chef who makes an a la carte menu each week if you have any recommendations.

Just precut veggies, keep them in the fridge and pull out and bake or broil. Easy.

Some weeks I do that and am really on top of the meal prep. I also keep a solid stash of yummy frozen vegetable dishes handy so I can just pop those in the oven when I haven't gotten to meal prep.

I also want to option to keep a giant bucket of Mezeh grilled eggplant in the fridge. I can't make it as well myself, so if Mezeh won't sell it to me, I'm looking for other places that sell really yummy grilled vegetables.

Balduccis has really good grilled veggies that don’t get soggy when reheating. I also like some of their meats and love their cod

Wait wait….mezeh does sell their stuff that way! If you are ordering on the app go to the “Mezeh marketplace” section of the menu. They sell things by the pound there. I buy a few of my fave ingredients and make myself falafel bowls at home

Thank you so much!! This is amazing. I asked the staff at my nearest Mezeh if I could just buy a bucket of the eggplant. They chuckled and said no. I never thought to double-check online. Wonderful!!
