Any legacies not get in?

Looks like all Cornell, Yale, Penn, Harvard, Princeton legacies got in at our high school (Whitman). anyone else notice the trend at their high school?

I quibble with “all” since I know 2 legacy applicants to Penn from Whitman who did not get in (I think deferred but I’m not going to ask).

Our legacy didn't apply. No interest.

Thanks for this worthless and entirely unhelpful piece of non-information.

Know one legacy Penn, one legacy Princeton, one legacy Yale who did not get in. Penn rejected, the other two deferred.

My legacy DC did not get in last year.

So what’s a perfect admitted legacy vs rejected legacy?

All the legacies that he knows of ...is what I think you mean to say. My guess is he does not know every member of the Sr class let alone where they applied to school/status of the application and legacy status.

Very few of my DC's friends know that DC is a Yale legacy. Your kid doesn't know all the legacies at their high school.

So your DC got rejected? If so that's relevant to this thread. If not you're just blathering about how under-the-radar your prestige is.
