I was there in the 80s.

Frats had pimps n hos parties, did blackface, and many people got blackout drunk like Kavanaugh. If Kavanaugh is not held accountable for what he did in the 80s, no one else should be.

I don't think anyone should resign.

Maybe a Truth Commission should be set up to hold all privileged white men who engaged in this sort of behavior accountable. At some point, justice calls out for it.

Yes. And, we need to develop new technology that would identify any Thought Crimes. We cannot have people doing things or thinking things that others might find objectionable.

The Minority Report. Call Tom cruise.

A former page designer who claimed to have worked on the 1984 yearbook told the Times-Dispatch that students were allowed to enclose three photos in a sealed envelope that would complement their senior photo. The picutres were numbered and a corresponding number was put on the page layout, before the photos were returned to the envelope and sent along to the printers for publishing.

In my experience, the most likely thing is he submitted that picture," Ellwood said. "Is it possible somebody could’ve switched the pictures after the fact? Yes. Is it probable? No." Ellwood told the Times-Dispatch that he had different political views to Northam.

I’m just looking to deliver restorative justice to the numerous people who were wronged by white men of privilege.

Well, I’ve wondered the same thing actually. I’ve never seen a photo or video of more than one of these yearbooks at a time. Are there more? Because if this is the only one that anyone can find, then tha5s really suspicious.

Last Sunday he admitted to the WaPo that he was one of the people IN the photo! And he submitted the photo to the yearbook.

Let's not forget his admission to mocking Michael Jackson while in blackface on a totally separate occasion.

Several media outlets went to the medical school campus last week and over the weekend to look at the 1984 yearbook, a copy of which was in their library. So it was confirmed to be true.

I fail to understand why the smoking gun is ignored: He said he only put “A little bit of shoe polish on his cheeks” because he knew “you cannot get shoe polish off.”

I also thought of that, but then he was in the military and, therefore, had lots of experience with shoe polish from polishing shoes and boots. I assume that it is just as hard to get off of your hands as it is your face.
