Are they going to play zone? |
|
My bad. I thought the player who got injured took the FO's too.
|
So is it one person who has said a couple of times that FO is an issue? To verify, just quickly looking, Cole Samburg is a listed 2026 FO recruit committed to Delaware (per LaxNumbers). |
Can Robinson score on Riverside? Feel like they don’t have a ton offensively unless they’ve had some guys in hiding. |
That is hilarious! Riverside lost their best pole from last year and all their dmiddies. Alot of holes to fill! |
Indy was lucky last year. They beat Riverside by 1 goal after getting boat raced by Riverside during the season. They lost their 2 best players but have the big kid back. Langley and Robinson are both much better than Indy. |
Get Langley out of the damn conversation, they are OUT with no Milone! Robo Indy Madison Battlefield Yorktown possibly Cosby those are the only teams that have a shot at a ring this year |
| pretty funny that you have Madison over some teams, because they only have 1 player for their offense and a new defense except for 2 guys and a new goalie with a terrible face off situation. |
You must be a parent of whoever Madison normally pisses on, and are upset your kid's school isn't getting mentioned. |
Not seeing much about West Potomac on the board this season. Did they lose that much after their title last year? |
Am I wrong that Madison is not what they used to be from past years? |
| I would say yes you are wrong in that last year they were extremely reliant on one player. This years team should be back to Madison fast paced lacrosse highlighted by one standout on offense and an aggressive high pressure defense. |
Nice try, but you won’t be saying that after Thursday when Indy boat races them by 10 goals. |
The clear person who wrote "pretty funny that you have Madison over some teams". So if Indy doesn't "boat race" them then Indy must really suck! |
They did lose a lot... Last year they had 5 offensive Studs, including their State POTY - Grant Maloney (Who's starting at Jacksonville as a true freshman). They ended up graduating 4/5 of those guys. They also had a 1st team all State close defender and a 1st team all region fogo who both graduated. The only main guy from last year's team they are Returning is senior attackmen Sean Kovalsky. He is legit, but hard to go back to back with a one man show. Despite all West Po lost from last year, they absolutely still have a shot to make states again. It seems like Robinson is just about a lock to be the 1 seed out of Region C. West Po will be in a 3 headed race between themselves, Woodson, and Lake Braddock to be the 2 seed in Region C / the other spot in states. From what I am hearing, all three of those teams (West Po, Woodson, & LB) are looking competitive this spring and could be ranked anywhere from #7 - #10 in the state IMO. However, whichever of those three teams secures the other spot in the state tournament out of region C, they will most likely be 1 & done and won't be a real "contender" to win a ring in 2026. |
