Also men competing against women in sports.

In my home state (Massachusetts) men have been allowed on women’s sports teams and women on men’s teams if there is not an equivalent for the other sex since Title IX passed in 1970. For instance, men can play field hockey and women can play ice hockey with the other sex if it’s not offered for their sex. In the 1990s / high school my good female friend played on a men’s ice hockey team. I think there are problems with that approach, but I’m also not sure why this is the angle people are worked up about when I’m assuming Mass isn’t the only state where this has been in effect my entire lifetime.

Can we just pause and think for a moment about the stupidity of basing a vote on college sports? I mean… the fall of American democracy, reproductive rights, climate change…? And you’re worried that your DD won’t make the Lacrosse team.

Why is that a stupid thing to think about? Football is male only for a reason. People have daughters that thave to use locker rooms, bathrooms, pools, and play sports and they don’t want their daughters to get concussions and get bludgeoned to death or tackled down by delulu (as the kids say) men in wigs

It was unrealistic to think she was going to have all 7 swing states wrapped up by 10pm Tuesday night.

That’s it. That’s all she really had time to for.
