| This is only for HS. The elementary schools and Henderson are overcrowded, and they won't approve tuition students. That may have changed with the lower enrollment post-pandemic, but historically FCCPS generally only accepts HS tuition students. |

I don't know why that house hasn't sold. It's on 0.73 acre -- the land alone is worth that price and then some. |

I suspect it’s bc it spans both Arlington and Fcc. So if you want to develop it into multiple lots you have to deal with both jurisdictions and either one could scuttle the project. The house is in terrible shape, it needs to be torn down. |
