| 3-4 hour waits for pickup of prepaid pre ordered food and they are running out. People who had gone deliveries scheduled haven’t gotten pickups. It’s a madhouse |

Its probably a staffing issue. Those jobs don't pay well. Other jobs are paying much higher. |

| Wegmans was fine. I got precooked thanksgiving meal for 6 and all was perfect. If it's a supply issue then it's very unique to Balducci's and probably due to idiocy |

| If you buy a precooked turkey from any grocery store it’s probably been frozen. I’m not sure they could safely or Officially Safely thaw them just in time to sell them and then send them home for Thursday. |
