Is your preschool requiring the covid vaccine for 5 year olds? Tell is which ones are. |
Pretty sure that is illegal. |
Lol no it’s not. |
Wow, it totally should be! |
Isn’t the vaccine still under EUA? |
So? |
Why? They are private businesses. You don’t like it, pull your kid out. |
Isn't a private preschool like Indiana University - the vaccines were EUA when the Supreme Court issued its ruling to not block the vaccine mandate. I don't think preschools will make it mandatory until it is added to the state vaccine schedules, and then it is the state requiring it or else they risk having their licenses revoked.

Our preschool is private and they are requiring. |
They would have to be on full approval and not emergency use. Very few kids in preschool are five except fall birthdays and those held back. Those held back need many things and you are focusing on the wrong concerns. |
I totally agree. We have a mixed class of 4-5 yo in an outdoor program and they are requiring the 5 year olds to get vaccinated. |
Audubon Nature Preschool fwiw |
We aren't doing that now. Our teachers are all required to be vaccinated. We are excited some of our 5 year olds are being vaxxed but we won't make it mandatory at this time. |
A parent can just do an exemption. It cannot be mandatory without approval. |
Yes it can for private school |
