Yeah I know. Not GF an DF by choice but have to eliminate for a while for health reasons and I am finding cooking tedious.

Unfortunately have yet to find one. Look for Vegan Keto. It’s not what you want, but prob closest to df/gf.
I have late in life intolerances and def not df/gf by choice, rather need. |

that's exactly why I started Hello Fresh. I too have an illness so I am diary free and nut free but not gluen free so I can only speak to my two allergies. I'm pretty sure that Hello Fresh clearly labels their products gluten free. When there is dairy or nuts in the, they are packaged separately unless it's a "peanut sauce" and I'm pretty sure that you'd want to check the ingredient list for the sauces in case some gluten sneaks in there. I started with a 4 box coupon so the first 4 orders were almost 40$ which is a reasonable price to pay for an experiment. Though I have 4 kids, I choose the "2" option b/c my husband and i don't eat a lot and I supplement with more veggies much of the time. I got board with it so am now starting the blue box one. I'll report back if I remember.

I haven't tried this, but I tend to think you'd be able to make Hello Fresk work by carefully selecting meals where you can can simply not use or substitute out ingredients on your own.
Purple Carrot. Vegan and has gluten free options then add in your own meat if needed
Green Chef is great for this - certified GF, lots of dairy free options.
