[/quote] that's exactly why I started Hello Fresh. I too have an illness so I am diary free and nut free but not gluen free so I can only speak to my two allergies. I'm pretty sure that Hello Fresh clearly labels their products gluten free. When there is dairy or nuts in the, they are packaged separately unless it's a "peanut sauce" and I'm pretty sure that you'd want to check the ingredient list for the sauces in case some gluten sneaks in there. I started with a 4 box coupon so the first 4 orders were almost 40$ which is a reasonable price to pay for an experiment. Though I have 4 kids, I choose the "2" option b/c my husband and i don't eat a lot and I supplement with more veggies much of the time. I got board with it so am now starting the blue box one.
