We've had too many meals of spaghetti with meat sauce, pasta with sauce, baked ziti, etc over the past month and the kids (and I) are sick of it. But, I've got a jar slightly more than half full of Rao's marinara in the fridge. Any ideas of how to use it?
The weather is making me think chili one night this week - that might be an easy place to dump it in? Any other ideas that do not involve Italian pasta? |

Well I have a kid who is a picky eater and we use that sauce on a tortilla with balls of fresh mozzarella to make tortilla pizzas. It’s the only thing he reliably eats. Probably not what you’re looking for though.
Pour over chicken as serving sauce
Braise something in it

I use it in this stuffed peppers recipe:

Freeze it.
I wonder if it can be used to make a kind of tomato soup spice cake?
Chicken Parm
Use it to make pizza.

Add it in stew or soup.
Add it to meatloaf. |
Chicken parm sans pasta
Add to a pot of tomato soup
