How many people use the College/University Discussion forum?

I use it a lot
I know that the "chasing chicks" guy uses it
There are a handful of boosters for UMD and for UVA
There is the anti-Ivy person(s) who may well overlap with the UMD / UVA crowd.
There's the save your money for grad school poster who doesn't realize if you go to a top tier undergrad you'll likely get college funding for your grad studies anyway...
Who else? Oh yes, the poster(s) who innocently believe if you study outside the USA you'll never get a job here. Which is hilarious.

I have a theory that certain posters will boost a school (UVA, WashU) etc, then reply criticizing the school, just to start drama. It seems like a single insane person for each school.

Hard to know about the College forum, per se. But, DCUM’s advertising tab says the overall site gets a million+ unique visitors per month. That said, there definitely are serial visitors/posters in the College forum. In particular, there is someone who likes to start ranking threads, largely to disparage UVA or hype their pet schools. It gets old.

There are multiple UVA detractors, mostly because the one UVA booster (or several) are really annoying.

And there's definitely more than a few people who (rightfully) believe that a foreign degree will not be a boon to grads in the US job market. Not just one person.
