Radicalized White Nationalists in Virginia

Anonymous
You know who is suing, the two women in the convertible white car that was directly hit by Fields. They have already filed. And they're going after the organizers of the protest (SPencer, Keller, etc). Good.

According to them, they are locals (sisters) and were just trying to get home. Had nothing to do with either side.

I hope every single victim of violence that day, sues that Democrat Mayor of Charlottesville.

That's what they're doing across the country, where the cops were ordered by liberal mayors, to standby and watch the violence, "until there seems to be imminent death".

SP. Heather's family should get the biggest settlement ever.

The police should have been allowed to maintain the peace, or at least they should have been allowed to immediately respond to the violence. Heather's death could have been prevented if the police were allowed to do their job.

The mayor and governor have blood on their hands.

Nope. The blame belongs will always lie with the racist instigators .

Fry that white supremacist f*cker.

What if it's true that he has schizophrenia?

If it's true, he would have the burden to prove, as a defense, that he was experiencing a psychotic episode and did not know the difference between right and wrong at the time of the crash.

Just having a mental illness is not an automatic defense that absolves someone of criminal liability. He would have to prove he was currently experiencing symptoms, not just that in high school or in the army he did. It's pretty complicated.

My prediction

The fact that he hightailed it out of there in reverse at high speed means that he knows what he did was wrong. End of the insanity defense.

In real life, that's how a panic attack looks behind the wheel.

Barreling down at least a block and a half at a high rate of speed, head on into a large crowd and two stopped cars? Such a fast acceleration that people fly in the air and a loud sound of metal on metal is heard? Then sped like hell in reverse with shoes stuck into your grill? But mysteriously your airbags don't go off??? Maybe you had them disabled so they wouldn't inflate and prevent you from getting away. No. Don't even try to go there. That is not a panic attack. It's murder

What do airbags not going off have to do with anything? I hit a guy at 40 MPH who was making an improper left hand turn so hard it put him in the hospital with a head injury (yes I felt badly and he recovered; he was cited at the scene). My airbags did not fire.

Nope. The blame belongs will always lie with the racist instigators .

1.EVERY perpetrator of violence must be held accountable.
2. Every American citizen has the right to expect that the police (in attendance of said violence) is allowed by the mayor to do his or her job.

Ok, I'm fine with that. That means, 99% right wing extremists, 1% antifa is probably about right in terms of where to put the blame.

It goes to intent and premeditation. If his airbags had gone off, he probably would not have been able to continue driving and get away. Airbags actually can be manually turned off, in any car. His airbags did not go off, they should have given that he rear ended someone/ hit them head on in a car that clearly was recent enough to have them and clearly at a high rate of speed. It suggests, that if the investigators can determine that his airbags were turned off, he did so intentionally. So far he has been charged with second degree murder, not manslaughter, indicating a level of premeditation.

Sure, his airbags could have malfunctioned. But just because yours didn't go off, doesn't mean that's universal. And that should actually scare you btw. get that fixed.

yep, that's the only way to get to these extremists, is through the pocketbook

Are those two women still in the hospital?

Please don't tell me you're fine with that mayor not allowing the cops to do their job. Are you? What he did with the governor was close to criminal. The courts will decide for sure.

I'm still fascinated by the left clamoring for police. Strange bedfellows indeed. Perhaps the politicians fear was police would be accused of being 'heavy handed'?

You're confused. The hard left Antifa didn't want police interference. The mayor and governor were on board with them. Their collusion will most certainly be investigated. Believe me.

No, he's in South America on buisiness. But he is cutting his trip short to come back early to meet with Trump at Camp David this weekend. And he's also cancelling his prior planned obligations. Hmm, wonder what's up with that?
