Thank you and I agree, it’s all interrelated. There is a WARN list for VA also. I was shocked to read that Mitre of McLean is laying off over 400 people.

Multiple companies with layoffs. Goodyear in Danville VA is laying off > 800.

There were a couple of facilities shutting down in that region. Those small towns depend on those jobs so it is going to be rough down there.

Yes. The Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) Act helps ensure advance notice in cases of qualified plant closings and mass layoffs.

And MITRE told employees this week that more layoffs are coming in the summer. It sucks.
