There were requests in the Entertainment forum for a royalty/nobility only thread solely about fashion. Here it is.

The only requirement is that the wearer have a title or a crown or be a member of a royal family.

To start - the Royal Family of Monaco (in Europe) appeared on the red carpet for the 5th Monte Carlo Gala for Planetary Health on September 23rd.

Out of the family, Pauline Ducruet - daughter of Princess Stephanie of Monaco (sister of Albert) - really stood out in a really gorgeous red piece.

Queen Maxima of the Netherlands attended a lecture on entrepreneurship in the Netherlands on September 27th. She chose to wear a pretty daring spider-web looking dress that isn't something I've seen often on a Queen. It's certainly interesting in movement.




Separately she attended a concert honoring the Dutch Bach society with her husband King Willem-Alexander on September 25th. This time in a cream pantsuit.

Kei Komuro arrived in Japan today surrounded by dozens of Imperial bodyguards after years abroad. He is the long-time fiance of Princess Mako of Japan - the daughter of the crown prince. They are expected to have a low-key wedding very soon after waiting since 2017.




His fiancee Princess Mako is pictured on June 16th at a temple offering prayer on the 21st anniversary of the death of her great-grandmother Empress Kojun.

For those who want to replicate royal fashions on a budget, the Crown Princess of Denmark - Mary, is wearing tonight a $265 dress from H&M's Conscious collection that she had re-fashioned into a skirt.

For centuries royalty only married their in-bred cousins or nobles with the same problems. They've branched out since basically World War II but they still aren't marrying supermodels.

For current royal couples were both the man and woman are equally attractive(ish), the hottest reigning couple I'd say is the King and Queen of Bhutan. They rarely leave their kingdom though.

Its from the 2018 collection so you'll need to search on Poshmark for that exact one. But you could find a similar dress on H&M with a little effort.

I’m surprised there’s any events/speeches/what have you happening in Europe right now. I thought a lot of countries were still pretty locked down and restricting events.

Europe has actually opened back up. They're allowing tourists and events are back on. The first tiara event in over two years was twenty days ago. Lots of full-splendor weddings happening too.
