Former Hopkins nurse here. Hopkins fertility has a history of problems.. they’re attending turnover, quality of fellows, problems within their REI lab, etc. They are trying to clean it up and refreshed their office space, but these problems are years in the making and will take years to fix. COVID didn’t help either.

How long ago did you work at Hopkins fertility? Has it changed much in recent years?

In the Facebook groups, it sounds like ppl come to Johns Hopkins if they don’t have success at Shady Grove. People seem to love the REs… not so much here!

Tried Hopkins RE twice and failed. Third time at Shady Grove worked for me! Agree on the lack of supervision of residents at Hopkins.

I know 5 who started at JH RE and had failed outcomes. 3 then went to SG and had a birth, 1 went to SG and it failed again, 1 used a donor egg and had a birth at GW when it was open.

They didn’t fail to get you pregnant.
You obviously went to them because you can’t get pregnant, right?
There is no guarantee.
