| In your opinion. Why/why not? |
| No, she’s plain. Longish face. Great actress though. |
I agree she’s a great actress, but I can’t understand my three female coworkers who were gushing over her. —OP |
| No. She’s a great actress and has a “normal” kind of look-not ugly but not gorgeous either. |
+1 But her personality makes her very attractive, even pretty. |
She’s an amazing actress. Not being strikingly pretty means she can inhabit a role much easier visually for the viewer. |
Different things appeal to different people. If you can understand that, you can understand your coworkers. She's not your cup of tea, that's all. |
Then she’s pretty to you? What about her appearance do you find appealing? |
| She’s not conventionally pretty but I think she’s striking and wonderful to watch. She also a remarkable actress. |
| Sure. Beautiful hair, eyes; incredible body. |
Are they white and are you not? |
| She is thin and blonde which is important |
| I never thought she was pretty. |
| She has pretty hair and I love her teeth/smile, but other than that, I think she's pretty normal. |
Yes, but I’m capable of finding white women pretty and they have said that actresses of color are pretty. I don’t think race is the issue. |
