Lol, no. The best-beauty-finds-of-2003 thread was full of nothing but posts about what to use on a crepey neck. |

40 - island trip with the girls
|
|
40th - dinner with family and another fancy dinner out with DH. My kids were little.
50th - hoping for something good like a great weekend trip centered around my interests. 60th - hoping for a fun trip, hopefully with my grown kids, to somewhere new. |
|
40th - DH planned an surprise birthday vacation to Desire Riviera Maya, spent the entire week being pampered, partook in a most pleasurable couples massage, enjoyed a boudoir photo session with many great photos.
50th - DH has something up his sleeve, he claims it will be most pleasurable and a bit kinky. We shall see.... |
|
40th - nothing, just had a baby
50th - this fall. We’re going to hike the Grand Canyon rim to rim. Then a well deserved day at a nice hotel. |

40 - Cancer diagnoses
50 - Divorce 60 - We'll see next year. |

40th: went out for dinner, drinks and dancing with girlfriends and crashed at a hotel while DH stayed home with the kids. He and I went to the Caribbean alone a couple of weeks later.
50th: lGot Covid but went to a Winery with one set of friends and a Drag Show with another set when I recovered. DH wanted to throw a party but I wasn’t into it. 60th: Who knows? Still have a while to go |
You know DCUM was started in 2001/2 right? We’re still here! |
| Just like every other birthday. Never thought to do anything different for birthdays ending with zero. Maybe if I reach 100, though! |

Have only done 40th so far-my husband planned a surprise party for me at our place. Nothing fancy, just friends coming over for cake a drinks.
I will hopefully be attending my daughter’s college graduation for my 50th. Cross your fingers for me, y’all |
Similar to me. Actively shut down friends' attempts to throw me a party. But gladly had one of his own. |
|
40th had a big party (husband planned)
50th coming up- we are going to Paris and Florence for 10 days meeting our best friends for the Florence leg and doing things I have always wanted to do- attending a 2 day cooking school that I have always wanted to go to, and going on a truffle tour. Parties kind of lost their meaning to me in my 40's 60th who knows, my sister just celebrated hers with a family trip to Hawaii. Sounds good to me. |
