Is it ok to wear white jeans to college graduation?

As long as they aren't skinny jeans...

These comments really rub me the wrong way.

A woman has to wear a floaty sundress to be dressed up?

Someone else posted that the OP should wear something "feminine."

I think this attitude has a lot to do with why kids are so worked up about gender. It's so restrictive. I am a grown woman and I would never wear a floaty sundress.

I think white jeans are great if you pair it with a linen blazer and a nice top. Of course you might be too hot. But you doin't have to wear a super feminine dress to look nice if you are a woman.

Too casual, dresses are usually the way to go.

I would be worried about getting dirty en route and sitting down in one of the chairs, especially since we are in a rainy season. I would go with the safer option of a nice printed dress.

If you wear jeans, you will need to have a back up emergency option.

Every college puts out a cute, emotional video after graduation. Check the college you're going to for that.

A dress might be better in case you have to wear rain boots.

If it's a big college, you'll be parking quite a ways from where the ceremony is, so be prepared!
