Any "boat-rockers" at your private school?

Our son was in a progressive (ironic, right?) and in LS, many of the all-female teachers were known to favor the girls. Didn't understand boys. Our second year there was horrible as teacher punished him with loads of time outs (sitting in another room and facing a wall) because he didn't want to sit in a circle and "share." Teacher suggested all year that he needed therapy and meds - simply because he thought much of the stuff they were doing was boring and involved lots of sitting.

We moved several years later to another private that often taught academics separately. Over half his teachers every year are men. What a difference! Classes very active. Son thriving and making straight A's.

Yes, that's how incredibly obnoxious children get to stay in the school to suck up all the staff time and resources and really make the parents of the other children steam with rage.
