does it matter? implying they should accept less because of loneliness?

I am in my Kate sixties and life stage does matter,

You feel like your best days are behind you. Our culture does not treat old people well. (They ignore them or make fun of them. With no patience or respect) Your kids are busy enjoying life to the fullest. You face health challenges or are surrounded by people who do.

I think finding love at that stage of life would be so surprising and intoxicating.

Yes she said he told her we will be together in two days forever, said basically save the date, Not sure I I forgot a couple of other things that led her to believe he was authentic and she went and bought a wedding dress. They said it on the show
anyway.
I don’t think Teresa cares. She has a man she’ll spend all her money on him, makes her happy who cares.

I don't why you keep pushing this false narrative that she bought a wedding dress. She did NOT buy a wedding dress. She bought an expensive dress for the last rose ceremony/proposal and then she didn't have that moment.

This one that showed up in a YouTube trailer, in fact.

Yes totally but to manage alone is important . So many people are not able to handle and jump in so fast, I think that’s why perhaps married a few times. It’s not easy. I suspect many here not in situation and have no clue.

I can't believe ABC is pushing them to get married so quickly. They've spent the past several months dating ON THE PHONE, they've had very few (if any) in person meetups during that timeframe and they're expected to get married immediately?? I don't even understand why want to get married, if I were their children, I would be so pissed. It really screws with their parents' estates. I think they'll get divorced within a year if they even make this a legal marriage (it might just be a sham).

$60,000 dress purchased and It was written for wedding. Have you ever spent $60,000 on a dress ?I haven’t, no matter what you want to call it. It was a big deal. Lots of things written are all inaccurate.
I think you know that and I know that.

Had it been established that Leslie did actually buy a $60,000 dress? If so, how does she have the money for that? My car cost less and I get a lot more use out of it than I would a dress.

+1 If this is the best GB can do, the franchise should die.

I agree. He spouted off I love you to multiple women and then said I loved you in the moment or some bs. It sounds like he really led Leslie to believe they had a future. It’s just not acceptable! Teresa doesn’t seem to care what he said to any off the women. And now they are rushing into marriage? Why isn’t she more concerned about this guy’s behavior?

This!

I mean Thereas has had to have watched this back by now. This guy’s behavior was horrific with all kind of red flags! What’s the rush to get married? Gerry is such a scum bag.

From Gerry’s view: The free trip to Italy -remember? It will cover the cost of a honeymoon.

And they get to parade on tv and he becomes a bigger “celebrity”

I do think he's in it for the celebrity and the cash. Otherwise, I think he's FOS.
Yes, given this is what he is seeking, he is FOS! Truly

I heard he is worth over 1.5 mil, hers not even close. So he needs the pre nup.
They will be just fine

What? how do you know this? She does not need his money. She needs the prenup.

Do you mean "If I were her"?

Oh please, what A-list celebrities are coming to this wedding? They'll maybe get Trista and Ryan, who are C-list at best.
