| Basis schools are well known to be academically very strong. It is a relatively new school to this area. Parents seem sceptical. There is nothing wrong with that. I think the school's reputation in this area would be better if it has a better campus. School should move to a better campus. And continue focusing on academics. |

| No one cared when these rankings had GDS as #1 in the area, why should anyone care now? |
| The idea that a Chinese-owned private school is #1 in the DC area is laughable. |
| Ugh, not again. |
| There's nothing highly coveted about ratings where a school enters its own data. |
I know one person that sends their child there and they seem happy, but I also think it's the only private school they got into. |
Schools enter their own data. |

That’s right! In addition to the clear benefits for parents and guardians, Niche rankings also benefit schools, regardless of your ranking. The biggest benefit is brand awareness. The annual rankings release leads to a massive surge in traffic to the Niche platform as various news outlets, schools and third parties begin to reference and link back to Niche’s rankings—up to 86% in the weeks following the release. And who benefits from that traffic? You do! Grades and rankings can serve as catalysts for generating awareness of the Niche platform, which also provides a significant boost to your school or district’s organic traffic on the platform. This is one of a variety of reasons why Niche often appears at the top of Google’s search engine results page (SERP) when prospective parents search for broad terms like “private schools near me” or “best public schools in [metro area].” So if you haven’t had the budget or bandwidth to invest heavily in search engine optimization (SEO), you can get a big boost from Niche. And even if your school already has strong SEO or gets a lot of word-of-mouth referrals, it’s still likely families will encounter your Niche Profile, along with grades and rankings, during their research. With all of this in mind, we work with our Partner schools to ensure that they’re making a great first impression on families searching for schools with robust storytelling opportunities on the Niche Profile. Partners and non-partners alike also receive a ton of proactive communications to help you get your profile ready for the rankings release. |
| Niche rankings are neither highly coveted nor well-respected. Congrats on your paid advertising, Basis. That’s all it is. |

| Lol who covets Niche rankings? |
Please give it a rest. It's old and nobody's buying it. Know you're desperate for enrollment. Guess those desperation radio ads didn't pan out huh. |
BIM's "rolling admissions" policy takes anyone whose parents can pay if the student can survive the pressure-cooker test factory and is willing to pursue sports and arts outside school, since BIM facilities are comical. Maybe if they ever build out the second half of the building they leased like they promised, huh? But they have made a LOT of promises since 2016 that turned into vapor. That's why literally hundreds of students have been enrolled there and left. Niche rankings may draw in the suckers, but it can't make them stay. |
