| I was pleased to receive a shipping confirmation email on 12/13 . . . but when you click on the tracking number there continues to be no information so I don't think it has actually shipped. Presumably it's not coming in time for Christmas. |

| Same here. Placed an order on Nov 18 with an expected ship date if Dec 15 but nothing has happened. It is unfortunate that they have disclaimers that “there may be delays” and don’t have consider that many have ordered with intentions of using it as Christmas gifts. |

| Ordered Nov 19. Nothing has shipped so no tracking number other than my original confirmation received. I have emailed then countless times and just get the stupid form letter response. It is ridiculous. I paid with Paypal so they have their money and we have no shirts. Very disappointing and angering as I had to go buy other Christmas gifts when it should not have been necessary as I allowed plenty of time for them to arrive before the holidays. It is totally unacceptable that this is happening. Kids want only a tshirt for Christmas and it isn't delivered. That she has billions and can't even address the issue to fans is not ok. So not a fan at this point. |

Disputing the order with my credit card company now. How on earth does someone so wealthy as TS have such an awful merch fulfillment company??? I don't care about "not in time for Christmas" - but more that it feels like our order is lost in space without any information. |

I ordered last year in October and it came so late that we missed getting it in time for Lunar New Year and had to wait for Valentine’s Day. Luckily Lunar New Year is late this year so that buys everyone on this thread some extra time? |

| I would put a stop on the order/dispute with your credit card. At this point, there’s no guarantee it’ll ever come, Christmas will have come and gone and they do not deserve a cent of your money. |

I JUST filed a dispute with my credit card literally hours before receiving this. Does this mean they're sending the merch for free?

| They’ve been a mess all year. I ordered 2 things in June for an Aug 15th ship date. They didn’t arrive until the end of Oct. No follow up communication was sent. I kept having to log back on the site to check my order and saw the dates kept getting pushed back. |

I saw someone post this on tiktok but it’s written in an unclear way. Presumably the shipping company can’t decide to refund the cost of Taylor’s merch, that would have to come from her team. So did Taylor’s team say to refund the price of the merch and still ship but they’re letting the shipping company hold the bag on the delay (because her team isn’t named on this email)? Regardless, “unprecedented demand” is such BS in darn near 2024. It’s not unprecedented. It’s very precedented and she’s the biggest star in 2023, obviously the demand for merch was going to be huge. |

| Im the rep hoodie poster, got the same email about the order being refunded and shipped. Very glad i wasn’t depending on it for christmas. and as much as i spent on eras tickets, i’ll gladly take it he free hoodie whenever it arrives! |
