problem is juvenile databases aren’t linked to facial recognition software so the identify is this guy is not being discovered . The juvenile system really needs to be changed |
Thinking that is the case is indeed insane. |
| So many of these perps are involved in the drug trade or are high themselves. It's like DC in the 80s. I thought decriminalizing pot might have a downward effect violence in DC, but it hasn't seemed to change anything for the better. |
| Details about the victim and how to help his widow and child. https://jmoreliving.com/2022/08/11/baltimore-resident-aryeh-wolf-killed-in-d-c-shooting/ |
| This is so sad. |
| Looks like there will never be an arrest now. |
| This is just terrible. The police should be making this a priority. |
The family disables the fundraiser for whatever reason. Those poor people. |
|
From the article, about a neighbor:
"The woman said her two adult children were shot nearby last year, and she worries about the neighborhood’s safety." So sad.. |
|
Per DC online court records, the suspect has served at least six years in prison for three separate violent felonies, two of them assaulting a police officer. He also currently is supposed to be on supervised release, which obviously has failed in this instance
Can't wait for Charles Allen's excuse for this murder. |
Blood on the hands of everyone who let this guy walk the streets -- including Charles Allen. |
So it sounds like "3 strikes" would have kept this guy off our streets and that poor victim alive with his family. |
Majorly changed. The Post expose five years ago SHOULD have resulted in overhaul..shame on the Council and shame on Bowser! |
suspect isn’t a juvenile . However has a few felony convictions |
