She’s suing Tom for recording her without her consent and she’s suing Ariana for disseminating it. She’s referring to it as revenge porn. She says her reputation is shattered because of them and it has hurt her career prospects. Lol. She did this to herself. What a bunch of bs.

She is 100% correct. The only issue is what can she collect from these two. They won’t be able to sell now b/c she will win and can go after the bank accts but not after the primary residence.
